If you are planning on a vaginal delivery, you should be doing perineal massage to reduce the likelyhood of the need for an episiotomy and perineal tears during birth.
There is a youtube video that shows the technique (using a midwife training device). Search for perineal massage and you will find plenty of info.
Good luck with the stretching and the delivery.
