Fantastic pictures and video clips Emmy
I can't say I blame the gel bottle though, I wouldn't want to leave either!

Karma bump for you.
(Have you voiced your objections against Senator Conroy's push for mandatory internet filtering, with no opt-out ability yet? If it goes through, sites like this could all too easily become what he terms "Undesirable content", and be given an NC (Not Classified) rating, and thus be blocked to us here in Australia.)
If only I could find someone as adventurous here in Victoria. Since my wife passed away in 2005, all I have had by way of such enjoyment is fond memories.

Hiya Moz,
Thanks for the great comments.....glad you enjoyed my "stuff".

I have heard about the government trying block this type of content from the net...........but hey I thought we were all grown ups?

WTF
I can sort of understand where they are coming from (to protect minors) but if parents are doing the right thing by their children and watching what they are doing on the computer (ours in in the family room and although we are busy we always make sure to wander by the computer to see what they are up too, and we always check their message archives too.....we were up front and told them we would be checking and have even banned a few friends who thought they could swear while on msn......etc)
That's exactly how it should be!
Unfortunately, the original idea of an opt-out option is now slated to only cover the "Think of the kiddies" level of filtering, the more all-encompassing level covering "Undesirable and illegal content" (the exact composition of which he considers "too technical" to provide until the scheme is in place, and certainly not in to be disclosed in parliment, will not allow opting out, and will be mandated for all ISPs.
He even wants it to cover SSL encrypted html traffic (https), which as was pointed out in parliment was the equivalent of the post office opening and censoring everyone's mail.
The fact of the matter is that there is no technical means that will be 100% effective, or only filter out the "bad content" without a lot of false positives and false negatives.
Also, it will cause up to 85% slowdown of traffic in some cases, and even at the best there will be some latency involved. And don't think this service won't be costly to implement, raising our already high internet costs.
It is something that must never be allowed to happen, or we will find ourselves even worse off than the Chinese, who live behind the "Great Firewall of China", where everything they do is monitored, and retribution is swift and harsh.
You will already note that fisting is among the list of things that are censored in print and video media in most states of Australia, and once in place, there is nothing stopping this or future governments from deciding to widen the list of censored items to cover whatever scope they want, such as foreign and domestic politics, religious matters and other such things.
Conroy needs to be stomped on hard now!
I'm so sad and sorry to hear that your wife has passed.........It must have been devastating for you.....I cant imagine what it would like to go through something like that.
I hope you have a supportive network of friends and family to help you. I'd love to know about her........her name.......did you have children..........etc etc.........but I wouldnt want you to talk about her if it would upset you.
Take care
