) but, I looked it up, and since the tailbone has a flexible "joint" which is really a disk, it can move, and if pushed into your body a little bit, it will hurt, like a sore join. I found that the best option was to stretch it out the other way. I stick my finger in my ass a little ways, feel for the point of the tailbone and quite simply pull it down a little. u will feel it stretch out a little. do that every day and it should help. remember, it is like any other joint and needs to be stretched every once and a while.
