Was just looking at stats of posts on our site. It's pitiful. Last month we had 8000 something posts compared to last year in September 20000 something posts. Thanks to all the haters for driving away the contributing members and scaring the remaining members into not posting.
 But I also want to say Thank you to all the new members that have posted and continue to do so.
 We have 80000 something members that are lurkers. Thats your call if you choose to just look and never contribute. At least say Hello.
 For those of that have lurked in the shadows and have a question, you will get many more replies of honest and open answers if you introduce yourself and tell us a little about yourself before blurting out a question or commenting on something.
 C'mon people. Our site is becoming lethargic here. Lets not let it get down to a handful of contributors and a bunch of watchers.

Unfortunately last year's negative Karma blow up caused a lot of angst for regular and contributing members alike. I suppose its the nature of all adult lifestyle sites
people come and go. People move ,on their interests change, they lose a partner or whatever sometimes they return sometimes not.

Yes its sad, but on the other hand new members have come on line posting and contributing. Old Members continue to contribute. The number of "lurkers"
on any site always out number the core group who are active, visible and /or contributing. That too is the nature of the beast.

I feel that we are fortunate to participate in one of the better adult lifestyle sites. While the numbers have dwindled and the contributions have become less dynamic, there
are still a core of members who care enough to start or respond to a thread such as this as well as making the effort to contribute, comments, media and Karma.

Thanks Race you are not alone in your feelings. I guess we'll have to just keep on keepin' on 

The site has gone down a lot in the past but being the eternal optimist I always feel that it will bounce back and I feel it is heading that way.

Like Master  Vanilla puts it  come down to quality not quantity, I’ve seen the site go through many changes in the past from when it first started. In the beginning it was very active some days you could not keep up with what was going one then members moved on and it did quiet down for a while then new members joined in and it started again, but this time I don’t think it helped the owners changed the lay out which caused far too many problems for members then we have the –k going on last year which drove even more away.
The “forum” will I think change its personality constantly it may sound  stupid but from my experience you can see the forum evolve and change all the time depending on the group of members around.

One final thing
To every one who REGULARLY contributes a big thank you, the site needs people like you  but more importantly so do other members it’s because of you others feel like they can come here and be part of a community, even if they don’t join in.

I've been wondering what happened too. Maybe the whole karma thing should be eliminated, if it's causing problems? Otherwise...

WHERE IS EVERYONE? I've lost contributors to the collaborative stories, and a lot of my pets have disappeared too. WHYYYYY?

While I've been here a short time, I seem to have notice lately that it seems even when checking every few days to see whats new, besides my own threads, that there's not really a whole lot posts.   I too hate posting the same dead horse comments when there are 3+ pages of the same exact things, at some point, it just looses it meaning..

Think if there wasn't people posting a lot of the same comments, then there would be a lot less post.

Would be nice if a lot of the lurkers would post something and participate a little (part time lurk).

More members would be good too, don't know if this site has any kind of advertisement.
I would never of thought to search for a fisting community forum, found it by accident searching google for fisting pic's or a question I had.

I love this site and try to contribute as much as I can without overstating what others have already said.  I would love to add to the stories section but all my stories sound better in my head.
I believe that quality posts are better than quantity.  As for the lurkers, I think many are still on the fence and or uncomfortable still.  Thank you to all the constant contributors.

What I don't like is you work hard in your thread, for things that you would not share with people face to face. You are sharing your vulnerable side, at least people could comment. Hey, I liked that or you should try this angle.
