Hi, I don't know if I'm in the right section. I searched and can't find anything on this topic. Im a male and love to be fisted. But my gf is afraid to do it to me bc I may get hurt. What I want to know is what is the best and safest way to fist me. She is afraid of doing something like ripping which I don't mind or causing internal bleeding. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks.

Lube, lube and more lube + gradual increase the number of fingers, verbalizing how good it feels the whole time.  Let her gain comfort seeing your reactions.  You may also want to have her wear a glove if she is afraid of her nails scratching you.  Good luck!

Is there anything that can get damaged inside? I can already take one fist. I want to go more bigger.

as long as you/she take the appropriate time to warm up and follow all the general rules of thumb there is not muxh chance of anything going wrong, just get her to take her time and get a feel for it and remember comunication, only way she will know you feel someing is wrong is if you tell her, its something that is just learnt through practice mostly
