I just finished a session with an 18" double ended dildo. At about 8-10 inches in I hit something. It wasn't painful but it made me pay attention. Another inch and I felt it again. I relaxed and took another 1-2 inches but the sensation of being too deep was always there with a very distinct feeling. The double ended dong has quite pronounced ribs and I felt every one going in and coming out. I swallowed at least 12 inches of this cock and perhaps even 1-2 inches more. It is about 1-3/4 in diameter. With this information was it probably the sigmoid I felt? Would I have got past it with 12 inches? I am just under 5-1/2 feet tall. Thanks.

I've been working with an 18" double ender myself (2” thick).  I'm able to get it completely in, but I experience some discomfort in the last 3 inches or so.  I know that I have to be past the sigmoid at that point, but can't figure out what I'm hitting.  When I pull the tip of it in using my internal sphincter, it feels like it's not going any deeper, just bowing in the space it's already filling.  What obstacle am I encountering at 15” or so?

str8fistr, there is another sigmoid like spot deeper in at around the 16" mark, not sure what that one is called off hand

c-bomb, comes down to personal tastes as far as the sigmoid goes, after some training it might feel dofferent as well, as for 12+" i've heard of a guy that has a customised 30" dildo with butt plug at the base made up and would wear it for hours at a time with no trouble, as always keep to the general guidlines and take note of what your body tells you

Thanks for the help. While I find it mildly uncomfortable inserting more than 8-10 inches I would very much love to completely swallow the full 18 inches as I find the concept also mentally stimulating. If I know I can do no harm with some common sense, I will keep pushing my depth limits. The double ended dildo I am using has very pronounced ridges along the full length. I am quite sure I passed my stigmoid but continued to struggle as each new raised section encountered this sensitive area.

My wife was amazed that I took 12 inches, can't wait to see her face when I take another 8.

18 inches with a slender dildo is child's play. It's all about angling, lubrication, relaxation, and being empty You might be encountering the wall to the right side of the sigmoid or perhaps the left-side wall of the descending colon, meaning the dildo is not going in straight enough or going around the right curves. It could also simply be getting folded slightly in the rectum.

If you're not overweight, you should be able to both see and feel the dildo moving inside of you, particularly if you suck in your stomach. Perhaps that will help you find where the dildo is; the simple anatomical illustration provided should tell you everything else you need to know.

there was another thread that was talking about this, and it came up that you could lie on your left side to straighten out the sigmoid/decending colon. I have a tendency to hit a second barrier as well, but usually I've run out of dildo at that point with 16" inside. I'm  currently trying to get a 2" diameter past the sigmoid, but alas, more streching is needed.

i have been playing with my 18'' double ended for sometime now, and about two months ago i passed the sigmoid and took about 15'' of this inside my colon. Since that i have been constantly trainning my sigmoid to relax more to enable my partner to get deeper with her fist, and two weeks ago with plenty of lube, she spent time with her fingers feeling her way past my sigoid, until i then sucked her arm in.... what a feeling that was and we have spent several nights and mornings trying to go deeper.. we seem to get stuck now 2'' from her elbow and further trainning now needed...

Yeah, I seem to be having the same issue. My GF can get the 18" all the way in, but her hand just can't seem to negotiate the turns in the sigmoid. She can get the tips of her fingers nestled in and push, but it either won't straighten or the sphincter won't open very much. Her 5 year plan was to be able to fist me past her elbow to mid upper arm, and right now, she (!) is frustrated by this little hold up. There is no doubt the anus is relaxed enough as she has had a few extra fingers in as well.
