I have a 3' and a 5' silicon FR40 Delrin colon tubes... i usually start with the 3' and 2 quarts of warm.. 100F or so water... then work up to the 5' and about 6 quarts... then i lay down and roll from side to side... this makes the water flow into the transverse part of the colon.... when i get reay to empty i lat on my left side... this will return the water to the lower colon... and why all this cleaning you ask.... my wife inserta a double headed 18" silicon dong... then grabs it with ner hand... inserts her fist and goes till she gets to her elbow.... i have always loved deep penetration... but it has taken a lot of time to work up to the depths we achive... it takes time, patience and when you think you got enough lube use another tube smile.gif
on a side note.... some of the lubes contain glycerin.. so they can iritate a little and act like a laxative... after i "rinse" i usually insert a few ounce of olive oil to keep the inside running smooth....

Hi I use a Gardena garden spray with an enema tip instead of the metal spray thingy.
The spray canister holds 5 litres of water and you can control the flow using the trigger device on the spray gun.
The rate of flow is slower than with a shower (I've hurt myself once or twice with a shower device).
The advantage is that you don't need to be near the shower, or have a stand. For example you can lie on a bed or sit on the toilet while douching.
I find the best method is to fill the spray canister with water just above body temperature, and then to lie on my left side with the tube inserted in my bottom.
Allow the water to trickle in. Its usually quite fierce just after you've pumped up the pressure, but it slows down. Often you cannot hold much on the first application as there is so much waste in the system, so its quite a good idea to do the first one sitting on the lavvy.
As I said, lie down on your left side and allow the water to trickle in. Stop as soon you start feeling a cramp. Breathe deeply and regularly until the cramp goes over. Keep on running water in for as long as you can. You will hear/feel the water gurgling as it goes up through the intestines.
Technically speaking its dangerous to take more than 3 litres, as there is a danger of thinning your blood. But in practice I often take in as much as 4 or 5 (even though this makes me feel dizzy).
Once you've got enough on board move carefully to the loo and let fly. If you don't want muck under the seat lift the seat before sitting on the loo. After the first batch has come out stand up straight and more will come out again.
I usually repeat the whole operation twice, and do a quick flush on the loo to make sure all the tiny bits are out afterwards.
Each canister takes about half an hour.
Afterwards I won't have a bowel motion for at least 36 hours.

You can only help yourself by cleaning out. Some fecal matter is rough and can scratch your rectum when inserting toys or hands. Time permitting I will take a series of 3 enemas...1st is warm and soapy...then 2 more to rinse clean. tongue.gif I am into enemas as well as all other forms of ass play. I take enemas of 3 to 4 quarts and hold them for a few minutes before expelling. I think that is important to be clean regardless of whether you have a partner or are alone. For a fast cleansing I have an attachment for my shower that I cleanse with. Do yourself a favor and Google "enema" and have fun.

I would like to add that inserting 2 or 3 glycerin suppositories and holding them until you must expel will bring out lots of solids....then douche.

laugh.gif I take an enema...a 3 quart bag of warm water with 3 or 4 ounces of glycerin mixed in. I hold it for a few minutes and expel. The glycerin loosens all the bad stuff and you expel it. This is better than soap and water, when all seems to be expelled there is another urge....and the stuff in the cecum finally comes out. Rinse out good after this and lube up. Play until you can't play any more. CAUTION: If you have fissures or bowel lesions don't use glycerin, it will irritate and make it worse....of course you should not be practicing fisting or insertions with lesions.
I also take enemas solely for the erotic sensations and I fully believe enemas detox the liver and pancreas. Every Saturday morning I take a cleansing enema with my choice of additives for detoxification. I am 54 and friends tell me I look 10 years younger. My nozzle of choice....I have an 18" double ended dildo that I have drilled completely through. I insert this about 14 or 15 inches. The enema fills the colon....OH Yea!!
This is time well spent

Well secretdesires, the first thing you've got to reckon with is that there is no such thing as completely clean. What you're really trying to do (and I'm not nitpicking language here, this is a HUGE distinction!!!!) is completely clean from a certain point on down. This is just way easier said than done, unless your cut off point is the sigmoid, which is a nice, tight dividing line (for most people at least laugh.gif) keeping the rectum separate from the rest of the colon. No matter how you go about it (like vortex, I too use a colon tube) the object is to clean up to a certain point and not get any water any further in. My personal suggestion is that if you're only going to play rectally (like the vast majority of people doing anal play) then try not get much water above to rectum and into the sigmoid. Rinsing the rectum out is quick and easy, then wait some time in case that makes stuff from right above go ahead and descend. If it does, don't worry, just do the same thing and rinse out again. You may want to give yourself a bit of time and do this simple process several times. The important thing to remember is that no advice we can give you will make up for your own experience. Your system is going to clean a bit differently from anyone else and only time and experience will help you to learn your own body.
Also, don't be surprised if what works for you right now doesn't work forever. Your system will probably change over time, most people do. Getting clean is way harder for me these days because of my depth play experience. For me, reaching a spot that I can clean up to but not beyond can be a lot of work, so many times I will clean really, really deeply (around 4 feet or so) and then wait until the next day when a quick rinse 3 feet deep or so gets me really clean.
My bottom line on the subject though is to be patient with yourself and try to learn what works for your own body. It'll take a bit of time, but you'll get there with some persistence. smile.gif

I agree with previous reply... only way to get completely clean is use of laxatives (e.g. X-PREP which is given to the patients before operations on intestinal tract... however you cannot use them regularly)
So for everyday use is enema the best solution. There are 3 main parts on your intestines which act as sphincters - anus, sigmoid and cecum. (I hope the picture is in attachment - here is the link:
http://www.toilet-related-ailments.com/ima...Diagram-New.jpg )
It depends how deep you want to be clean - if it is just for finger play or anal sex small clysma is sufficient (about 200-300 ml of salt or clean water in syringe or a litlle bit of glycerine instilled). Easiest way is to use a shower in squatting position repeatedly. Sometimes it starts the bowel peristaltics and also the faeces from higher level will go out.
You wrote that you had used a 1 litre enema bag - with that amount the water flew over the sigmoid to the transversum colon... the next stop is cecum (see the picture) the colon and therefore if you want to completely clean yourself you have to repeat the procedure several times (1-2 litres, 3-4 times) until you feel clean. There is no need to hurry, the all empying procedure should take 30-60 minutes and for the best results is good to relax after it for some time (mine favorite is warm bath) to relax your bowels after irritating them. This assures you empty bowels and you can freely play anally as deep as you want rolleyes.gif

I reguarly participate in enemas and there is very little risk providing you listen to your body.
Some people believe in using distilled water but Tap water is safe to use and I have used ordinary tap water for years. A few tips...
1. Make sure the water is not too hot. (Test it with your tongue as this has similar sensitivity to your colon) Cold water can be used and I have even heard of people using iced water but the colder the water the more painful the cramping is and iced water seems dangerous as I would imagine this could shock your system.
2. Take your time and let the water enter your slowly, stopping the flow if the cramping is too bad and continuing when it passes. If you are attaching the hose to a water faucet keep the pressure right down as you don't want a ruptured colon! I find using a gravity fed enema bag best.
3. Use a little salt in your water. and the salt stops your body from absorbing the water through your colon, which can cause dizziness. 1 teaspoon per litre is a good guide.
4. If you are trying for a large volume enema use a couple of small enemas to clean yourself out first then you will find it easier to hold a little more. It may take lot's of practice to get to your maximum volume and what may be a small enema to someone may be huge for someone else so get to know your own limits.
Hope this helps. If you need any other advice just ask.
