So after fisting or playing with my butt with no lube there is a sorta clear liquid not right away. Like 15 to 20 mins later I feel the urge to pass gas but when I push all it is is the liquid. It feels kinda lubish. I don't know a name for it and is it safe?

Think it is called rectal mucus.
I would say its normal after inserting something big or anal fisting. You might see a spot of blood, as long as there is not to much blood your fine.

you should definitely be using lube!

I agree 110% with jakesss--you should be using lube.  So, please do so--for your own health and safety.

If you don't you could find that you've injured the sensitive anal/rectal tissue; depending on the severity of the injury, you may need serious medical intervention.

He never said he wasn't using lube. He may have been saying that the liquid comes out *with* no lube as in it is coming out but he's not seeing lube. I really don;t think anyone can actually fist themselves WITHOUT lube. Not only is that dangerous but I'd say near impossible.

What this is is actually the outermost layer of tissue of your intestine/gut, which believe it or not, was not actually meant for large things to be inserted.

Me, my ass and saliva.  Does that count as without lube?  I know the spit is lubricating my hand (and whatever else), but it is certainly not like ky or moisturiser.
