MEO manufactures a number of their products, I believe. I have ordered successfully from them with shipping to the US. I do not think that they have any US distributors at this time. If you find out otherwise, it would be nice if you'd post that info. Thanks.

They have a very similar product on huse.com, which is all clear. And I own it. They only sell it as a set of three and I can only get in the first two, working on the third obviously. But the clear gives an awsome gaping effect. Love it.

its a video of me with MEO stretching ring XL before going to city. I have ordered it with close plug so no problems during the trip. it fits so well that it can not be noticed from outside that plug is there.

Holy shit. Somehow, I had no idea something like this was available for purchase. Does anyone know if something like this could be used to induce a permanent gape, or is everything basically guaranteed to go back to "normal" size as soon as it's out, no matter how long/consistently it's left in? The misses and I will definitely be checking into this!
