Many years ago I posted this to help with capturing videos streamed on the net,(ones that you don’t down load like on here)

This does not work for the new versions of IE as they have removed this feature.Up until recently I’ve been able to use the Firefox add-on to capture XXX videos, but now some sites have got smart and blocked that feature.
So always up for a challenge I decided to see what FREE programs would work, I did not find any that would do. I know there are many programs out there that will capture YouTube and Daily Motion etc, but not ones that are free and capture from adult sites.
How ever I have found away that is FREE.
Most videos use Adobe Flash to play internet video’s so figured what if happens you remove Flash from your computer and hey presto when you go to play a video the “DO YOU WANT TO SAVE OR PLAY WITH “ box pops up so you just tell it to save video and there you have it for ever. Of course you will need to reinstall Adobe Flash again but that only takes a couple of mins to do.
This works on Firefox so it should work on IE.
