I find the images of severely dilated vagina's (and assholes) extremely erotic and was wondering if anyone had or knew of any images of woman either during birth or immediately post birth and very loose?

You can easily google videos of deliveries, for more graphic ones i think faces of death or something similar did a compilation of them... to be honest though after seeing loads of births myself having worked in a hospital, thry don't look gaped and open as you may think, unless an episiotomy was performed and even then it is nothing spectacular. Maybe you should google episiotomy videos?
