If you have a image of someone you like go to tineye.com then punch in the image & it will kick back where else on the net it can find that given image.
More often than not you can find exactly what you are looking for within a few links.
Typically tineye is the best and you will not have to look any further, however if tin eye should not get you results the following 2 websites may come up with something tin eye did not.

http://iqdb.org/ (this one is more for drawings etc)
