There are some other sites, some affiliated, some not, that are a little more organized friendly to use in the united states and Canada section for meeting people
I think a very large majority of the members that use that section would find it more easy to use if it the posts were further broken down into states and Canadian provinces
improving the layout like this would likely also increase participation, but as I've seen on other sites that do it that way, makes it more efficient for people to find more geographically relevant posts and replies.
Just a suggestion, I know it would take some administrative action to make another tier, but I think it would make a large improvement to the site and the ability of its members to find what they are looking for.
Also a quick into, 30yo d&d free bisexual SWM, Switch fister, willing to be fisted or fist others in the Chesapeake/Hampton Roads area of VA here. Always interested in making friends with similar interests at the least, and maybe even get to set up more than that.

I like parrottrainer's suggestion of breaking Canada and US listings into smaller units.
Maybe as a start--if folks are interested in this idea--would be to use broad geographic areas, rather than states or provinces, e.g. in the US, New England or Pacific Northwest, etc.; e.g. in Canada, Maritime Provinces, etc.

I think what folks need to do when they post ads on here is in the intro line definately list state/area, basically the old A/S/L thing. One thing i notice about nearly ALL the ads in the us/canada section are one liners with no thought put into them. I've always told folks take some time to fill out a ad with a bit more detail, you have to make it personal and serious(which most ads arent). This is just my opinion though. But i've been around the net a long time, when i get 1 liner mails from folks they usually just get deleted due to nothing in the mail other than your hot, willl you fist me, and other such lines. I think if folks took a little more time with their ads they might have better results. Maybe also have a reference from someone they've played with or such.

I have to agree, I see ads with so little description you would swear they put them on by mistake. Nobody wants to get into a protracted conversation with someone, only to find its a waste of time.
