Just a thought, but I was thinking that once a post is made, that the original post should stay on top, and all replies to that post should drop down, with the newest replies being immediately under the original post, not all the way in the back like the current setup. It is hard to go back through 17 or more pages to find a post you saw a few days ago. The only time I see that this would be a problem, would be if a story was so long that it required multiple replies to post the entire thing. then since the first reply, which is actually part of the story, would get separated from the first post by each person to make an additional reply, so maybe the stories forum could stay the way it is, and the rest could be set up to run newest to oldest, front to back. Just a thought.

At the present, the topic posting always stay on top and the latest posting is just below that.  It reduces the number of page views that people have to go to in order to see the latest posting.  Let me see what others think about this...
