 I find it irritating when I see a post and don't know even what sex the poster is besides age or location because the haven't filled out there profile. Sometimes it's very relevant as to what you might reply.
 So I suggest limiting posting only to member that have filled out at least some minimal parts of there profile. Age, sex and country should  be the minimum.

I agree it can be irritating, but not everyone wants to show their location for personal reasons which are many and varied. Limiting their posts may drive them away from the site and this would be a negative effect.

I agree, it would be good to at least identify members as female or male in their profile; narrowing yourself down to 50% of the population is hardly going to reveal your identity and knowing the gender of a poster does affect how you resond to their posts. Just my thoughts.

We will not be limiting posting based on profile info, we NEED people to post for the forum to grow, if the info is important to your reply, just ask them
