Have tried twice, unsuccessfully, to sign-up on subject borad; I never receive the e-mailed log-on confirmation; and no the e-mail is not in my SPAM folder.  Any ideas on how I might solve this problem?

I'm not sure what happened to peeforum.com.  It's like a bunch of spam now.  I'm not sure if the moderators have given up or something.  But I was really looking forward to being active on that site - and was posting a lot of web sites... but it just sort of imploded at one point.  Anyone else know what's going on there?
